Since Mirskiy Solutions, Inc is selling information and software and designs websites/graphics, all sales are final. All products we supply are not tangible and can easily be copied and returned. As a result, we cannot offer a refund. If you have any problems with our products, we will try to solve the error in a timely fashion. Once you are granted access to our products/services, you own them and can use them as often as you would like.

Mirskiy Solutions, Inc is not responsible or liable for any illegal and/or fraudulent activity performed through the usage of our data and/or software/websites. Mirskiy Solutions, Inc does not guarantee any results or a 100% derivability rate of all data/leads. We will not be liable for any issues you have with your Internet Service Provider, a telephone company, or any email recipients. Sending faxes/emails to purchased leads/prospects will be your (the client’s) own responsibility.

Mirskiy Solutions, Inc is not responsible or liable for any errors, faults, or system malfunctions that might have been caused by using Mirskiy Solutions software/websites. All software that is developed by Mirskiy Solutions, Inc undergoes several tests before being released. As computer systems are different, the user takes full responsibility for using Mirskiy Solutions, Inc software. Please check with us on the system’s minimum operational requirements prior to using our software/websites.

*Marketing List Notice
All List/Database Users/Buyers: It is a violation of federal and state law to send unsolicited advertisements to a fax machine. (See United States Code Title 47 Section 227.) Anyone violating these laws may be subject to civil and criminal penalties, which may exceed $500 for each transmission of an unsolicited fax. Our data is to be used for informational and referencing purposes only. Please check your state & local laws to see if you can utilize our data legally. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase our marketing databases.

Client agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless Mirskiy Solutions, Inc from actions or lawsuits arising from the use of all data and software/websites provided by Mirskiy Solutions, Inc. Client further agrees not copy, resell, redistribute, or share data and software/websites acquired from Mirskiy Solutions, Inc. Lists and software are not returnable or refundable.
