*Refund
Policy
Since Mirskiy Solutions, Inc is selling information
& software, all sales are final. All products we supply are not
tangible and can easily be copied and returned. As a result, we
cannot offer a refund. If you have any problems with our products,
we will exchange them for you upon return. Once you are granted
access to our products, you own them and can use them as many times
as you would like.
*Disclaimer
You,
the customer are solely responsible for the how you utilize our
data lists & software. Mirskiy Solutions,
Inc
is not responsible nor liable for any illegal and or fraudulent
activity performed via the usage of our data and/or software. Mirskiy Solutions,
Inc does
not guarantee any results or the 100% derivability rate of all
data/leads. We will not be liable for any issues you have with your
Internet Service Provider, Telephone company, or E-mail recipients.
Sending Faxes/E-mails to these leads/prospects will be your ( the
client's ) own responsibility.
Mirskiy Solutions, Inc is not responsible nor liable for any errors,
faults, or system malfunctions that might have been caused by using
Mirskiy Solutions software. Each software that's developed by
Mirskiy Solutions, Inc undergoes several tests prior to being
released. Computer systems are different, thus the user takes full responsibility
for using Mirskiy Solutions, Inc software.
*Business
List Notice
All Fax List Users: It is a violation of federal and state law to
send unsolicited advertisements to a fax machine. (See United States
Code Title 47 Section 227.) Anyone violating those laws may be
subject to civil and criminal penalties which may exceed $500 for
each transmission of an unsolicited fax.
*Terms
of Sale
Client agrees to protect, indemnify and hold harmless Mirskiy Solutions,
Inc from actions or suits arising out of use of all
data and software provided by Mirskiy Solutions, Inc. Client further
agrees not copy, resell, redistribute or share data & software acquired from
Mirskiy Solutions, Inc. Lists & software are not returnable or refundable. All sales are
final. If you have a problem within please E-mail us @ info@datamir.com.
If you do
not agree with these terms, please do not purchase our
products and/or services.
